Join our team as a **Junior Commercial Analyst**, where you will support the Sales and Management departments through data analysis, KPIs, and dashboards. **Responsibilities** * Analyze commercial information from **sales, CRM, ERP, and marketing**. * Prepare **sales reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards** to support decision-making. * Support **sales forecasting** and customer behavior analysis. * Monitor commercial results and identify **opportunities for improvement**. * Collaborate with the **Sales, Marketing, and Finance** departments. **Requirements** * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related field. * **Experience**: **1–2 years** of experience in commercial or sales data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence. * **Technical skills**: **Intermediate Excel** (pivot tables, formulas), **Power BI** (report and dashboard creation), and database handling (**SQL preferred but not required**). **We offer** * Monthly salary: **$13,000 net** * **Guarantee bonus of $3,000** for the first 3 months * Starting from the 4th month: **performance-based variable bonus (KPIs)** * Statutory benefits Apaxco, State of Mexico Job type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone * Free uniforms Application question(s): * How many years of experience do you have analyzing commercial or sales information? * What is your level of experience using Power BI and Excel? * This position is on-site in Apaxco, State of Mexico.
