We stand out for our commitment to quality and customer service, creating inspiring spaces. **What are we looking for?** A highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Ciudad Valles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operational, commercial, and administrative management of the branch, ensuring goal achievement and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Direct and supervise all daily branch activities. * Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase sales and profitability. * Open and close the branch. * Manage inventory and ensure proper product presentation. * Review warehouse and logistics logs related to the delivery van and warehouse tools. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience managing branches or similar positions, preferably in the retail sector. * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of administration and inventory control. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $9,900 \+ fixed commission percentage (no cap) Resulting in an approximate monthly income of $14,000 to $16,000, depending on store sales levels * Statutory benefits and additional perks. * Monthly food vouchers worth $1,323 * 5% savings fund contribution * 30-day year-end bonus * Discounts at branches * Permanent employment contract Interested candidates should apply through this channel, attaching their updated CV in PDF format
