Job Summary: Safety and Hygiene & Training Specialist responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring training programs and ensuring regulatory compliance to foster a prevention-oriented culture. Promote a prevention culture and talent development JLT TECHNOLOGY is seeking a Safety and Hygiene & Training Specialist who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring employee training programs, as well as ensuring organizational compliance with safety and hygiene regulations such as NOMs, ISO, and CSR/ESR. The primary function is to promote a prevention culture, ensuring that employees possess the necessary knowledge and tools to perform their duties safely and efficiently. This position involves identifying training needs, developing annual training plans, delivering courses, and evaluating their effectiveness. Additionally, the role requires coordinating and supervising compliance with current safety and hygiene regulations established by the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare, including proper implementation of applicable NOMs, as well as ISO and CSR/ESR standards. Other responsibilities include conducting periodic inspections, identifying hazards, investigating accidents, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Furthermore, the role coordinates emergency response teams, drills, and internal awareness campaigns. The position requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, as it operates cross-functionally across various departments to ensure both talent development and employee physical well-being.
