Comprehensive management of medium- and large-scale projects A company with strong presence in Mexico is seeking a **Construction Site Supervisor** Job Objective: Lead and manage projects according to standards, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and quality through structured control and effective leadership. Responsibilities: Development of comprehensive project plan Definition of scope and control structure Scheduling planning and monitoring Budgetary control and financial management Risk management and change control Coordination of multidisciplinary teams Contract administration and strategic negotiation. . Executive progress reports to management and clients Formal project closure and documentation Required Profile: Minimum 3 years’ experience as Project Manager in construction Experience leading medium- and large-scale projects Proficiency in budgetary control and schedule administration Structured leadership and decision-making ability Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent tools Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 4 years of experience Age: between 30 and 40 years What We Offer?
