At **Crece con Vales**, we seek a dynamic profile capable of balancing commercial strength with precision in credit management for our branch in **Durango**. ### **What You Need to Succeed:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in financial institutions (sector of **payroll vouchers or merchandise vouchers** is mandatory). * **Mobility:** Own vehicle and valid driver’s license. * **Availability:** Full-time schedule and flexibility for fieldwork (70%). * **Travel:** Willingness to visit regional locations (we provide **paid per diems**). * **Competencies:** Team leadership, results orientation, and excellent customer service. * *We highly value candidates who already have an existing client portfolio or team members.* ### **Your Main Challenges:** **1\. Commercial Strategy and Lending:** * Onboarding, activation, and training of new distributor accounts. * Drive lending to achieve monthly targets. * Field accompaniment and sales closing support for your team. **2\. Credit Intelligence and Recovery:** * Portfolio monitoring, preventive collections, and recovery (1st and 2nd delinquency levels). * Documentation validation, verifications, and supervision of telephone collections. * Payment promise compliance and available balance reviews. **3\.
