Design-to-manufacturing integration (DFM). **Position:** Product and Process Development Engineer **Immediate hiring** **\*\*\*Please maintain communication via this channel\*\*\*** **Job Description** Responsible for **product design, development, validation, and industrialization**, ensuring technical, functional, and production feasibility, as well as process optimization for efficient manufacturing. **Required Profile** **Professional Background** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or Industrial Design * **Experience:** More than 3 years in the manufacturing sector: * Product development and engineering * Technical design and documentation (drawings, BOM) * Production process improvement * Collaboration with production and quality departments **Essential Knowledge** * Product design and development * Interpretation and creation of technical drawings * Generation and management of BOM (Bill of Materials) * Material, cost, and feasibility evaluation * Prototype validation and functional testing * Design-to-manufacturing integration (DFM – Design for Manufacturing) * Standardization of products and production processes * Time, motion, and method analysis **Technical Knowledge** * SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar design software *(Mandatory)* * Advanced Excel *(Highly valued)* * ERP system experience (Desirable) * Microsoft 365 * Process automation and data analysis * Practical use of artificial intelligence **Desirable Knowledge (PLUS)** * Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma * Business Process Management (BPM) and continuous improvement tools * Statistical Process Control (SPC) * Project management * Production planning and control * Quality management in manufacturing * Interpretation of ISO 9001\-2015 **Soft Skills** * Emotional intelligence and self-management * Time management and personal productivity * Assertive communication * Critical thinking and problem solving * Collaboration and collective impact * Adaptability and continuous learning * Operational organization and discipline **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop new products * Generate drawings, specifications, and technical documentation * Develop video-based operational manuals for manufacturing processes * Define materials, components, and structures * Evaluate technical feasibility, costs, and processes * Coordinate and validate prototypes and tests * Ensure products are manufacturable (DFM) * Translate design into efficient production processes * Define manufacturing methods, times, and sequences * Implement and validate engineering changes * Identify opportunities for design and process improvement * Reduce costs, time, and waste * Standardize products and processes * Coordinate with production and quality for product release * Ensure compliance with technical specifications * Provide technical support to production processes * Consider safety criteria in design and processes * Identify technical risks in products and manufacturing **We Offer** * Immediate hiring * Positive work environment and professional development plans. * Competitive starting salary, open to negotiation based on experience, with a performance- and results-based increment plan. * Job stability and growth alongside the organization * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract Application question(s): * Do you incorporate current digital tools for managing your activities?
