Position Objective: Lead and strengthen the hotel and its restaurant’s commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, occupancy rates, and brand positioning through efficient, analytical, and results-oriented management. Main Responsibilities: * Define, implement, and oversee the hotel’s sales strategies. * Increase hotel occupancy and profitability of social event services. * Develop and consolidate business relationships with strategic clients, companies, and partners. * Supervise the sales team, establishing clear objectives and follow-up plans. * Prepare and analyze commercial performance reports and key performance indicators. * Design promotions, packages, and commercial agreements aligned with local and regional market needs. * Coordinate closely with operational departments to ensure a high-level service experience. Required Profile: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry. * Proven experience in customer service and client relations. * Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. * Analytical ability, decision-making capability, and results orientation. * Excellent communication and professional presentation skills.
