Representing the company professionally **Job Description:** Promote the services and products of the steel structure manufacturing plant by identifying potential customers, developing business relationships, and closing sales, with the aim of expanding the customer portfolio and ensuring achievement of the company's sales objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Prospect and acquire new potential customers for the steel structure manufacturing plant. * Promote the company's products and services through visits, calls, emails, and business meetings. * Prepare and present quotations, commercial proposals, and order follow-ups. * Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms with customers. * Maintain and strengthen business relationships with existing and potential customers. * Follow up on sales opportunities until orders are finalized. * Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. * Keep the customer database and portfolio updated. * Identify market opportunities and analyze competitors. * Prepare sales reports, visit reports, and commercial performance reports. * Represent the company professionally before customers and suppliers. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Business, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience. * Sales techniques, negotiation, and closing skills. * Ability to prepare quotations, budgets, and commercial proposals. * Strong communication and organizational skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary and statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company. * Fixed working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:30 hrs; Saturdays, 8:00–13:30 hrs. **Benefits:** * Salary increases. * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract. **Work Location:** Tepeji del Rio * **Position Type:** Full-time. * **Work Modality:** On-site.
