Opportunity for career growth and job stability. ### **Recruitment and Selection Coordinator** **Location:** Parque Industrial Tula, Lote 13, Mz. 2, 42970 Atitalaquia, Hgo. **Department:** Human Resources **Employment Type:** Full-time ### **Job Objective** Coordinate and supervise recruitment and selection processes to ensure timely coverage of operational, administrative, and specialized vacancies, thereby attracting qualified talent aligned with organizational needs. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate the recruitment team and assign vacancies based on priority. * Design and execute talent attraction strategies (field, digital, job fairs, etc.). * Track end-to-end recruitment processes. * Supervise candidate interviews, screening, and evaluations. * Ensure adherence to vacancy coverage timelines (recruitment KPIs). * Generate progress reports, metrics, and vacancy status updates. * Coordinate hiring and onboarding processes. * Maintain relationships with internal clients (management teams and projects). * Propose continuous improvements to recruitment processes. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment and selection. * Prior experience leading teams (mandatory). * Experience in mass and specialized recruitment. * Proficiency in various recruitment channels (job boards, social networks, field sourcing). * Knowledge of recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, turnover, etc.). * Willingness to conduct field work (as required by project). ### **Key Competencies** * Leadership * Organization and planning * Results-oriented mindset * Effective communication * Decision-making ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Career growth opportunity * Job stability ### **Application** Interested candidates may apply through this channel.
