Analyze, design, test, and implement technological solutions, and ensure support for the sports club’s information systems, guaranteeing their proper operation, availability, and alignment with business processes **Main Responsibilities:** Lead Technology Transformation Projects and Improvements Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement Support to Operational Departments IT Vendor Management to Develop and Implement Projects and Enhancements Across Various Systems **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field **English Proficiency Level:** Intermediate Knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic, Power BI, Advanced Excel. Familiarity with traditional project methodologies (PMI) and Agile-Scrum. Ability to document processes and translate functional requirements into technical specifications Critical thinking and ability to analyze complex processes and manage information Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement Excellent communication skills with stakeholders, vendors, and clients
