Job Responsibilities: Designing and posting job openings on social media Preparing employment contracts and tracking employees Onboarding employees into the internal system Distributing uniforms and lockers Updating birthdays and work anniversaries Implementing employee integration strategies Conducting training sessions Distributing payroll slips Processing termination settlements Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (preferably in the food industry) Completed bachelor's degree Proficiency in recruitment platforms Results-oriented mindset Soft skills: Teamwork, time management, organization, problem-solving, assertive communication.
