Warehouse located near Edén Plus Villas del Sol. Priority is placed on providing personalized follow-up with collaborators, generating progress reports for the centralized and coordination teams, and executing action plans defined by Regional Coordination. Main Responsibilities -One-on-one follow-ups with collaborators. -Preparation of progress reports for coordination and the centralized team. -Execution of action plans assigned by coordination. -Handling of incidents and labor relations processes. -Direct interaction with collaborators to ensure timely and proper completion of tasks.
