You will play a key role in ensuring orders arrive on time and in full, optimizing logistics routes, resources, and processes, while maintaining inventory control and efficiency in the shipping area. Main Responsibilities: \-Plan and coordinate distribution routes to ensure timely deliveries. \-Supervise shipping operations and outbound shipments of finished products. \-Ensure distribution units comply with legal and mechanical requirements. \-Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics departments to guarantee efficient workflow. \-Track deliveries and resolve incidents occurring en route. \-Supervise operational staff within the department. Requirements: \-Completed high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred). \-Minimum 3 years’ experience as Warehouse/Shipping Supervisor or Coordinator. \-Knowledge of logistics, distribution, and inventory control. \-Experience managing operational staff. \-Results-oriented, organized, and capable of decision-making.
