Experience as a Store Supervisor, Manager, or Assistant Manager (preferably in retail or fashion). Authentic leadership and ability to inspire teams. Business-oriented mindset and passion for achieving sales goals. Proficiency in key performance indicators: sales, average transaction value, conversion rate, inventory management, and productivity. Strong organizational skills, initiative, and ability to make strategic decisions. Your Responsibilities: Oversee the store’s daily operations. Lead, train, and develop the sales team. Drive performance and ensure achievement of commercial objectives. Supervise inventory and operational processes. Guarantee an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.
