We are seeking an Operational Coordinator who will participate in structured processes, high-quality decision-making, and maintain close contact with the organization's key clients. Main Responsibilities: 1.- Prepare reports and fulfill operational assignments. 2.- Validate and control assigned financial and material resources. 3.- Submit service reports to the Operations Directorate on time and as required. 4.- Use service software and service logs to generate reports and track delivery of service folios. 5.- Review attendance lists of operational staff and promptly report to the payroll department for processing. 6.- Generate monthly KPI reports for the Custody Department. 7.- Review operational logistics. Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of experience Knowledge of logistics, operations, and service areas. Proficiency in statistics and graphs. Strong fleet management skills.
