Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Settlement Coordinator to lead operations and reconciliations in a key role bridging logistics, finance, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise administrative and accounting closings 2. Ensure accurate route, return, and deposit settlements and audit inventories 3. What You Will Do: -Supervise administrative, accounting, financial, and tax closings. -Ensure accurate settlements for routes, returns, and deposits. -Audit inventories and processes to reduce inconsistencies. -Validate delivery charges and manage accounts with customers and carriers. -Resolve discrepancies in operations and reconciliations. -Implement and monitor KPIs to improve efficiency. -Prepare comparative reports to drive continuous improvement. WHAT WE LOOK FOR: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Transportation Engineering, or Business Administration. Experience: Experience in transportation companies, client and carrier interaction, personnel management, and data analysis. Technical Knowledge: Transportation, accounting, economics, taxation, and administration. Proficiency in TMS, accounting software (COI, NOI, Compaq, SUA, IDSE), and SAP. KEY COMPETENCIES: Adaptability, effective communication, and results orientation. Leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills. Teamwork and problem-solving ability.
