Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar position, preferably in the financial or services sector.

**Main responsibilities, but not limited to:**
* Coordinate recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative staff.
* Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees.
* Manage personnel file records and internal documentation.
* Support payroll administration (data entry, payroll incidents, reporting).
* Coordinate and implement training programs and Training Needs Assessment (TNA).
* Manage disciplinary procedures and follow up on labor-related cases.
* Supervise compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
* Implement employee engagement surveys and retention strategies.
* Support preparation of HR reports and metrics.
* Coordinate well-being activities, corporate culture initiatives, and company events.

* KPI MANAGEMENT
