




Job Summary: The Quality Coordinator oversees compliance with quality standards, manages product loss (scrap), handles customer complaints, and develops procedures for new projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Verifies compliance with BPMS and safety and hygiene standards. 2. Leads the launch of new projects and prepares release reports. 3. Handles customer complaints and develops action plans. LOGISTORAGE QUALITY COORDINATOR \- VERIFY ON THE OPERATIONAL FLOOR COMPLIANCE WITH BPMS AND SAFETY AND HYGIENE STANDARDS \- PERFORMS RECONCILIATIONS AND VALIDATES PRODUCT LOSS (SCRAP) FOR DIFFERENT CLIENTS. \- PREPARES LOSS REPORTS AND/OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCT REPORTS AND NOTIFIES THE CLIENT \- VERIFIES CORRECT COMPLETION OF AUDITORS' REPORTS \- REPORTS AND TRACKS QUALITY INCIDENTS, INFRASTRUCTURE DAMAGE, MACHINERY DAMAGE, AND EQUIPMENT DAMAGE \- HANDLES CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS RELATED TO DEVIATIONS AND DEVELOPS ACTION PLANS. \- DEVELOPS AND IMPLEMENTS PROCEDURES, FORMATS, AND WORK INSTRUCTIONS \- LEADS THE LAUNCH OF NEW PROJECTS AND PREPARES RELEASE REPORTS (RELEASES) \- UPDATES, CONTROLS, AND DISTRIBUTES WORK INSTRUCTIONS BY CLIENT Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,099\.35 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
