About the Team The External Fulfillment UAF operations team is divided into two complementary roles: Field Support Team (FST): An on-site support team responsible for aligning operations through physical audits, visiting seller warehouses as needed. Flow Support Team: A team that manages operations remotely via daily monitoring and virtual conversations with suppliers, tracking specific cases and ensuring compliance with operational standards. Your Role As a Flow Support Specialist, you will serve as the bridge between Amazon and our commercial partners, monitoring key metrics and standard processes to help external sellers have a seamless experience selling on Amazon. You will identify operational errors, anticipate implications based on data analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement of our operations. Key job responsibilities Key Responsibilities (1) Monitor the performance of a variety of assigned sites, focusing on critical metrics such as on-time shipment (2) Analyze data from multiple sources, identify relevant insights, and present them clearly to support decision-making (3) Anticipate operational implications based on data analysis and trend identification (4) Serve as the point of contact between internal and external customers, maintaining communication objectives and boundaries in accordance with information privacy requirements (5) Train and guide sellers’ various operations to take action and comply with established standards (6) Identify root causes of operational issues and assist suppliers in preventing and controlling detected situations (7) Create and track operational metrics, generating proposals for new automation methodologies (8) Notify and update relevant situations in an organized and accurate manner, escalating when necessary (9) Propose and implement continuous improvements to operational processes **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** ------------------------ * high school diploma or equivalent * Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** ---------------------------- * Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain or related field * Experience in customer service * Experience in retail, warehouse, or manufacturing is preferred * Experience in MS Access and SQL * Experience managing competing priorities and using metrics to drive business decisions * Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously * Experience in data collection and ability to draft clear and detailed requirements documents Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
