At Arteche, we are looking for a **Production Supervisor**, a vacancy to lead the people team within the manufacturing area to improve departmental performance indicators (safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost-efficiency) in alignment with the production plan. Our purpose is to ensure universal access to clean, efficient, and high-quality energy. **Do you share our energy?** **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with the production plan to meet customer delivery deadlines. * Lead daily problem-solving in Operations, actively contributing to the implementation of improvement actions. * Help establish a standards-based culture to sustain and enhance the department’s strategic objectives. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives in the department, serving as the key person for deploying such initiatives with the team (5S, daily meetings, PDCA, etc.).
