Position: Operational Training Analyst Department: Operations Salary: $11,000 monthly Schedule: Monday to Saturday, two rotating shifts 1st shift: 07:00 to 15:00 hrs 2nd shift: 13:00 to 20:00 hrs JOB OBJECTIVE Ensure operational staff compliance with training programs through proper management of the training matrix, indicator tracking, and coordination with account leaders, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and reduction of incidents. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Training Matrix Management Maintain an up-to-date training compliance matrix. Ensure operational staff meet required training hours. Indicator (KPI) Tracking Monitor monthly training compliance percentage. Track the efficiency index of delivered courses. Evaluate the impact of training on reducing infrastructure (racks) and equipment damage. Coordination with Account Leaders Jointly plan training schedules with managers and supervisors. Ensure trainings do not affect daily operations. REQUIREMENTS Education: Recent graduate in Logistics or related field. Attitude: Proactive, organized, and capable of follow-up.
