Development in mass recruitment HUMAN RESOURCES REQUIREMENTS Completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology or related fields. - Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and personnel selection. - Knowledge of payroll. RESPONSIBILITIES - Mass recruitment of office staff. - Management of various recruitment sources. - Review of recruitment platforms. - Tracking of vacancy requests. - Preparation of physical and digital personnel files. - Coordination and management of personnel. - Affiliation procedures and payments to IMSS. - Proficiency in platforms such as IDSE, SUA, INFONAVIT. - Calculation of severance pay and vacation entitlements. - Experience with Aspel (preferred).
