Position Summary: We are seeking a Requirements Analyst to elicit, document, and track functional and business needs, participating in the requirement lifecycle. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in the full requirement lifecycle 2. Translation of business needs into functional requirements 3. Use of agile methodologies and diagramming tools Requirements Analyst: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, or related field Experience: 1 year Work Location: Granjas México, CDMX Knowledge: * Experience with agile methodologies * Proficiency in documentation and diagramming tools * Ability to read processes and functional specifications * Knowledge of diagramming tools: Lucidchart, Draw.io, software development Responsibilities: * Elicit functional requirements from internal users * Document processes, diagrams, and use cases * Translate business needs * Track the requirement lifecycle through to implementation * Participate in functional testing and user validation Compensation: $17,000 MXN per month. Statutory benefits. Direct employment contract with the company.
