We are looking for a proactive, committed professional with proven results to fill the position of: **CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT ENGINEER** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Bachelor's Degree: Civil Engineering (Professional title and license are mandatory) * 2–3 years of verifiable experience as a CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT ENGINEER. * Solid knowledge in the construction field. * Proficiency in Office software, Opus, and AutoCAD. * Ability to interpret construction drawings. * Preparation and monitoring of GANTT charts. * Knowledge of construction volume quantification. * Valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles. * Residence near Tizayuca, Hidalgo, or surrounding areas. **COMPETENCIES:** * Excellent oral and written communication. * Logical–mathematical reasoning. * Analysis and problem-solving skills. * Leadership. * Autonomy. * Proactive, responsible, organized, and punctual. * Teamwork. * Critical thinking. * Stress tolerance. * Work quality orientation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervision of ongoing construction work. * Project kick-offs. * Quality process management. * Materials management and administration. **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits. * Option for an indefinite-term employment contract.
