Basic visual merchandising training for staff **Visual Assistant (Retail)** **Location:** Coahuila **Salary:** $10,000 monthly + statutory benefits **Job Description:** We are looking for an organized individual with a passion for visual order in retail stores, who can support proper product display and compliance with basic visual identity guidelines. This person will be responsible for ensuring stores maintain clean, orderly, and customer-attractive presentations, supporting promotional implementation and merchandise arrangement. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise correct in-store product display * Support layout changes and merchandise arrangement * Monitor compliance with basic visual identity guidelines * Conduct store visits (throughout Coahuila) * Identify areas for improvement in product display * Support promotional setup * Provide basic visual merchandising training to staff on arrangement and visual order **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (sales, floor, visual merchandising, or similar) * Passion for order, presentation, and attention to detail * Willingness to travel between stores (throughout Coahuila) * Proactive and responsible attitude **Competencies:** * Organization * Attention to detail * Basic communication * Teamwork * Following instructions **We Offer:** * Base salary: $10,000 monthly * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Brand discounts Apply through this channel Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $10,001.00 per month Work location: On the road
