Stage 3 Quality Inspector
Position Objective
Ensure that completed bodies and units comply with the company's established quality standards, customer specifications, and applicable regulations through visual, dimensional, and functional inspections prior to product release.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Perform final inspection of completed bodies.
* Verify paint finishes, welding, assembly, and accessories.
* Check dimensions, alignments, and functionality of components.
* Identify defects or deviations in the finished product.
* Prepare non-conformance reports.
* Follow up on corrections and rework.
* Release units that meet quality standards.
* Apply final inspection checklists.
* Ensure compliance with customer specifications.
* Maintain inspection records and photographic evidence.
* Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement.
* Verify compliance with safety and quality standards.
Position Requirements Education
* Industrial technician, TSU, or technical high school diploma.
* Industrial, mechanical, or related engineering degree preferred.
Experience
* 1–3 years of quality inspection experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing or body production.
* Experience reading blueprints and using measuring instruments.
* Experience in welding and painting processes preferred.
Knowledge
* Blueprint interpretation.
