Job Summary: A prominent company in the home construction and design sector is seeking a Cash Supervisor to lead and manage cash operations efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service. A leading company in the home construction and design sector has an opening for a Cash Supervisor at our branch located in Saltillo. **Work Experience:** * Experience in self-service stores and/or similar retail stores, minimum 2 years. * Completed high school education. * Availability for retail working hours (shift rotation and midweek days off). * Basic computer and mobile phone skills. * Minimum experience using Excel. * Management and leadership skills. * Customer service. * Sales analysis. * Ensuring achievement of sales targets. * Efficient management of resources related to the area. * Retail reporting (sales, average ticket, transactions, etc.). **Responsibilities:** * Ensures consistently excellent customer service from all cashiers under supervision, maintaining optimal cash register flow. * Determines the appropriate number of staff required to operate and meet service standards as needed. * Effectively resolves customer and staff issues under supervision. * Knows, handles, and controls all documents used at the cash registers. * Ensures proper operation and administration of self-checkout systems. * Promptly reports any risks related to handling company assets. * Monitors and controls performance deviations among the cashier team. * Ensures proper use and administration of the safe. * Supervises compliance with treasury procedures.
