Recruitment and selection experience in manufacturing **Job Description** Responsible for maintaining appropriate labor relations, managing personnel administration processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role includes the proper operation of **incidents**, **payroll preparation**, **IDSE** management, use of the **TRESS** system, and **recruitment and selection** activities. **Key Responsibilities** * Review and adjustment of **payroll preparation**. * Monitoring turnover and absenteeism metrics. * Recruitment of operational staff. * Implementation of the Internal Work Regulations (RIT). * Support to supervisors and coordinators in personnel matters. * Handling of **incidents** and adjustments of clock-in/clock-out times. * Preparation of warnings and disciplinary actions. * Compliance with requirements derived from **ISO 9001:2015** * Supervision of internal services (cafeteria, transportation, medical). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources or related field. * Minimum 2 years in a similar position, **in the manufacturing industry**. * Knowledge of **IDSE**, **TRESS**, and the Federal Labor Law. * Intermediate English Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per day Work Location: In person
