We are seeking a Bilingual Executive Assistant to join a U.S.-based public accounting firm with international presence. This position focuses on providing direct support to partners and management in administrative tasks, calendar coordination, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* **Calendar Management:** Prioritize meetings, schedule appointments, set reminders, and keep executives informed of their daily commitments.
* **Email Administration:** Organize and filter the inbox, identify priority items, escalate urgent matters, and ensure timely and professional responses.
* **Travel Coordination:** Plan complete itineraries (flights, hotels, transportation, meals, per diems) in accordance with the company’s internal policies.
* **Document Drafting and Review:** Prepare, edit, and format emails, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations with high accuracy and professional style.
* **Meeting Preparation:** Create agendas, organize materials, record decisions, and follow up on action items.
* **Task and Project Tracking:** Monitor deadlines, manage priorities, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and as required.
* **Internal Communication:** Serve as a liaison between executives and various teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
* **Confidentiality:** Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion, trust, and professionalism.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience supporting executives or managers.
* Advanced English (spoken and written) — daily communication with U.S. executives.
* Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)** and videoconferencing tools (Teams, Zoom).
* Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
* Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
* Clear, professional, and proactive communication.
* High level of **responsibility, judgment, and ownership** of work.
* Flexibility to handle urgent matters outside regular hours when necessary.
Desired Qualifications:
* Relevant bachelor’s degree.
* Familiarity with **Practice CS and/or PowerBI**.

Pay: $16,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month
