At **EBS Experiencias para el Entretenimiento**, we specialize in logistics and technical production for top-tier events. We are seeking a versatile, structured leader with a passion for on-site order to join our team in **Zapopan, Jalisco**.
**What will be your mission?**
You will serve as the key liaison between on-site technical staff and overall coordination. Your primary objective will be to supervise the operational execution of structural assembly and disassembly, ensuring every project is delivered with maximum precision, quality, and safety—strictly adhering to schedule timelines.
**Your main responsibilities:**
* **Assembly Supervision:** Coordinate the installation, leveling, and securing of structures, truss systems, flooring, barricades, and scenic elements per engineering drawings.
* **Personnel Leadership:** Direct, assign tasks to, and maintain discipline and safety among on-site assistants and technicians.
* **Asset Control:** Verify that received materials match cargo manifests and ensure proper return of equipment without loss or damage.
* **Safety First:** Guarantee strict use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and full compliance with industrial safety protocols.
* **Real-Time Reporting:** Prepare progress logs, daily checklists, and incident reports—including photographic documentation—for the Show Coordinator.
**What profile are we looking for?**
* **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
* **Experience:** 3–5 years in event structural assembly, operation, or supervision; technical production; or light construction.
* **Technical Knowledge:**
* Proficiency with modular components (truss, flooring, barricades, staging platforms).
* Basic ability to read assembly drawings and schedules.
* Digital tools: Excel, Microsoft Workspace, basic AutoCAD, and management software such as Trello or Monday.
* **Key Competencies:** Operational leadership, strong on-site problem-solving ability, results-oriented performance under pressure, organizational skills, and unwavering commitment to safety.
Salary: $13,500\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month
