Daily salary: $970.00 MXN Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00 hrs Saturdays, 09:00 to 13:00 hrs Requirements: * Completed engineering degree. * Experience in quality and food safety areas. * Knowledge of HACCP, CCP, and quality regulations. * Organization, leadership, and follow-up skills. Main responsibilities: * Supervision and verification of quality processes. * Monitoring product specifications for in-process and finished goods. * Handling and following up on customer complaints. * Preparation of technical data sheets and nutritional tables. * Labeling verification and regulatory compliance checks. * Follow-up on non-conforming products. * Management and review of the HACCP system. * Coordination of activities arising from customer requirements. * Supervision of assigned personnel.
