**Header \- External** ------------------------- Entity: Jalisco Location Type: Guadalajara Cruz Del Sur Store **Position Objective** --------------------------- Develop and achieve the store’s customer experience and sales objectives. Support the Store Manager in daily store operations. Coordinate the development and training of Sales Executives, as well as their performance management with support from the Store Manager.**Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- Support achievement of the store’s sales and customer experience objectives. Ensure execution of Our Commitment by every Executive toward our customers.30% Support the Store Manager in daily operations: scheduling, maintaining store image, stationery, consumables, inventory, store opening and closing.20% Ensure all staff understand and master commercial offers, promotions, systems, processes, and policies.
