**TEQUILERA BCS** **POSITION: PRODUCTION MANAGER** **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Lead and ensure the comprehensive development of the tequila production process—from agave reception to final product—thereby guaranteeing operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, quality standards, and product competitiveness, contributing to the company’s profitability and sustainable growth. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Manage all processes from raw material receipt to final product. · Verify compliance with internal standards, applicable NOMs, and safety guidelines. · Resolve critical deviations affecting operational continuity. · Lead and develop operational staff to strengthen team performance and certification. · Define production plans aligned with demand and installed capacity. · Supervise adherence to daily and monthly production schedules. · Optimize processes and resources to improve efficiency and reduce losses. · Supervise compliance with industrial safety and environmental protocols. · Participate in internal and exter · nal audits. · Monitor production KPIs, including efficiency, losses, and productivity. · Prepare executive reports for Plant Management. · Propose corrective actions based on results. · Represent and coordinate operations with internal departments to ensure interdepartmental alignment. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry (or related field). · Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial beverage or food production processes. · Minimum 1 year’s experience managing operational personnel. · Advanced knowledge of quality management, industrial safety, and regulatory compliance (NOM\-006\-SCFI). · Proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Familiarity with ERP systems or production control systems. · Basic English language skills. · Willingness to travel between plants. · Availability to work rotating shifts.
