We are a leading company in the distribution of Apple products and services (APR – APPLE PREMIUM RESELLER), with over 30 years in the market and 76 branches across the Mexican Republic. The position is for Technical Support, and responsibilities include: Providing first- and second-level technical support to Apple users. Delivering personalized customer service. Tracking completed service requests. Recommending additional services and promotions. Meeting performance metrics and KPIs. We Offer: Gross monthly salary: $9,900.00 (salary increases and service commissions).
