Ongoing training Compusof Mexico We are looking for your talent as an ATM Field Support Technician in the CDMX area. · Requirements: Technical degree in Computer Science, Systems, or equivalent in a related field Experience as a field technical engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (6 months of experience or recent graduate) · Knowledge: Maintenance and repair of computer equipment Laser printers Telephony and networking (basic) Structured cabling (desirable) Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) (Diebold, NixDoor, NextGen) · * Responsibilities: Diagnose failures reported by customers Replace parts, track incidents, provide support, and close reports 100% FIELD · * Job Responsibilities: Promptly resolve technical incidents and/or service requests reported by users, within the timeframes agreed upon with the client. · We Offer: Field Engineer training Career growth plans Ongoing training Statutory benefits Per diems · Work Arrangement: 100% On-site field work Coverage of locations outside the employee's city of residence. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper Secondary Education – Technological High School Years of experience Keywords: support, support, support, field, territory
