Support in labor relations An HR Assistant who wishes to develop a comprehensive role, participating in recruitment processes, personnel administration, and support in labor relations, ensuring the HR department operates in an organized and efficient manner. We are looking for a proactive, organized individual with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys coordinating processes and following up on various departmental matters. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION: \-Recruitment and selection of candidates for various branches \-Verification of employment references \-Coordination of hiring and onboarding processes PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION: \-Compilation and management of employee files \-Attendance and leave tracking (absences, tardiness, vacations, disabilities) \-Support in payroll preparation \-Monitoring of employee hires and terminations with IMSS \-Compliance with labor obligations LABOR RELATIONS: \-Addressing employee inquiries or issues \-Follow-up on termination and resignation procedures \-Monitoring and handling labor discipline matters REQUIREMENTS: \-Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources \-Prior experience in recruitment and personnel administration \-Experience in attendance/leave tracking or payroll support \-Strong communication skills and ability to resolve personnel-related situations Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $11,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
