Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced kitchen assistant to support food preparation, work collaboratively, and maintain hygiene in the area. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in production and preparation of kitchen supplies. 2. Support to chefs in dish creation. 3. Teamwork and compliance with hygiene standards. **Requirements:** * General knowledge and experience in the kitchen area * Availability to rotate shifts (morning and afternoon) * Residence near the location (preferred) * 6 months to 1 year of kitchen-related experience. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in production: chopping, cutting, and slicing vegetables and necessary supplies. * Support cooks in preparing dressings, sauces, tortillas, and side dishes. * Assist chef and sous chef in dish creation. * Teamwork and accountability in the role. * Perform cleaning and organization in the work area and spaces where work is conducted. * Comply with established safety and hygiene procedures. **We Offer:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Cafeteria service * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) * Vacation days * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * Discounts * Discount membership Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,480.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discounts * Special discounts and preferential pricing * Cafeteria service Experience: * Kitchen: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
