The role entails client prospecting, loan origination, and portfolio follow-up, contributing to branch growth through achievement of sales targets. ### **Location:** Nativitas, Tepetitla, Teacalco, and nearby areas Base: Santa Ana Chiautempan ### **Employment Type:** Full-time ### **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * 100% field-based work * Flexible meal break schedule during field routes ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Field client prospecting (door-to-door sales) * Promotion and origination of credit products * File integration and validation * Portfolio follow-up and management * Recording transactions in mobile applications and web platforms * Reporting results to the Branch Manager ### **Requirements:** * Experience in field sales, door-to-door sales, or pre-sales * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) * Smartphone and mobile application usage skills * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills * Results-oriented mindset * Organizational ability and capacity for autonomous work ### **Compensation and Benefits:** * Monthly base salary (paid biweekly) * Commission structure: + Junior profile: starting at $800 per month + Senior profile: up to $8,400 per month * Statutory benefits from day one * Individual branch-based work structure * Direct reporting to the Branch Manager
