




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional with experience in organizational leadership, personnel supervision, and resource management for a managerial position. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead administrative operations and institutional objectives. 2. Supervise timely student fee payments and logistics for recovery and reduction of overdue accounts receivable. 3. Manage human talent, budget, and infrastructure. Qualifications: * Administrative or related academic background; preferably a master’s degree or updated training in economics\-administration and organizational leadership. (Degree and professional license) * Minimum two years’ experience in organizational administration, managerial positions, and/or related fields. (Preferably in the educational sector) * Proficiency in Excel * Experience in customer service and client relations Responsibilities: * Direct the Institution’s internal operations toward achieving objectives, goals, and mission as defined by administrative actions. * Supervise timely student fee payments and logistics for recovery and reduction of overdue accounts receivable. * Supervise and manage administrative staff performance in alignment with the School’s objectives. * Quotation preparation * Parent/guardian communication and support * Human talent management and evaluation * Plan and manage supplies required for maintenance and optimal operation of the Institution’s infrastructure. * Administer and control monthly and annual budgets according to the Institution’s established parameters. * Preparation of pre\-payroll and payroll We Offer: * Statutory benefits * Staff benefits * Academic discount
