Position Summary: Leads and optimizes the entire order cycle, managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service resources, with a focus on efficiency and effective communication. Personnel administration and control for on-time deliveries STRATEGICALLY PLAN AND MANAGE RESOURCES FOR LOGISTICS, WAREHOUSING, TRANSPORTATION, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAD, OPTIMIZE, AND COORDINATE THE ENTIRE ORDER CYCLE MAINTAIN RECORDS OF QUALITY, QUANTITY, INVENTORY LEVELS, DELIVERY DEADLINES, TRANSPORTATION COSTS, AND EFFICIENCY ORGANIZE THE WAREHOUSE, CATALOG PRODUCTS, PLAN ROUTES, AND PROCESS SHIPMENTS ADMINISTER AND CONTROL STAFF TO ENSURE ON-TIME DELIVERIES. MONITOR VEHICLES VIA GPS AND TRACK PROGRESS TO PREVENT DELAYS. MAXIMIZE AVAILABLE RESOURCES ALLOCATED TO THE DEPARTMENT. EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AMONG DEPARTMENTS INVOLVED IN THE PROCESS.
