Job Summary: Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and configuration of feeders and SMT equipment to guarantee continuity of the production process. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of SMT equipment. 2. Technical problem analysis and resolution in production. 3. Implementation of process and equipment improvements. Job Objective Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and configuration of feeders and SMT equipment, guaranteeing continuity of the production process under quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Main Responsibilities * Maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of feeders and equipment. * Configuration and support for inspection machines (SPI, AOI, Pick \& Place, reflow ovens, etc.). * Analysis and resolution of technical problems in the production process. * Equipment preparation and validation for line startup. * Operator training on equipment usage and processes. * Process documentation tracking (work instructions, control plan, PFMEA). * Generation of failure and non-conformance reports. * Implementation of process and equipment improvements. **Education:** Associate Degree or Incomplete Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 3 shifts, with fixed Sunday rest Employment Type: Probationary period Contract Duration: 90 days Salary: Starting at $7,161.11 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation allowance or service * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
