About the Position At OLAM AGRO MÉXICO, we are seeking a Sustainability Coordinator to strengthen monitoring, evaluation, and analysis processes for strategic information. The primary objective is to ensure data integrity and traceability generated across operations, facilitating compliance with customer requirements, international certifications, and data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities Monitoring and Evaluation: Coordinate measurement of key sustainability, operational, and commercial indicators, ensuring accurate measurement and reporting. Platform Management: Administer and update corporate systems (AtSource, SEED, and OFIS), validating information consistency. Reporting and Compliance: Prepare transparency, strategic premium, and traceability reports aligned with frameworks such as LENS, Rainforest Alliance, and EUDR. Strategic Analysis: Consolidate producer and project databases to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Traceability Control: Reconcile information between operational systems and final reports to guarantee data reliability from origin. Project Management: Support implementation of sustainability initiatives and coordinate requirements with Agronomy, Commercial, and Plant departments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree completed in Industrial Engineering, Agro-Industrial Engineering, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, indicator monitoring, sustainability, or related areas. Intermediate English proficiency. Advanced proficiency in Excel and applied statistics. Knowledge of database administration and project management. Driver’s license preferred. Technical Knowledge Proficiency in information and traceability platforms. Familiarity with agricultural certifications and sustainability KPIs. Integration and validation of multidisciplinary information. Proficiency in digital tools for executive reporting. Competencies Analytical and critical thinking. Attention to detail (high dependence on data quality). Effective communication. Organization, planning, and time management.
