Summary: This role involves managing cross-functional projects, developing presentations, and analyzing supply chain and demand data. Highlights: 1. Analyze supply chain and demand data for accurate forecasts **Your responsibilities** Project Management (50%) * Assist in planning, executing, and tracking cross\-functional projects. * Maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. * Identify risks and propose solutions to keep projects on track. * Support project documentation and stakeholder communication. * Coordinate meetings, follow\-ups, and updates to ensure alignment among teams. Presentation Development (30%) * Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to summarize project updates, demand analysis, and strategic initiatives. * Develop dashboards, graphics, and visual tools to aid in decision\-making and communication. Supply chain, Planning and Analysis (20%) * Analyze historical sales and demand data to create accurate forecasts. * Collaborate with supply chain teams on material planning, sourcing strategies, and delivery schedules. * Monitor and follow up on supply chain performance, addressing any gaps or delays. * Support the development of planning models and tools using Excel. **Your profile** * **Education/Credentials/Certifications** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field. * **Length of Experience** + Desirable 2\+ years experience in Production Planning, Demand Planning or Demand Analyst positions in the automotive or construction industry. + Experience in developing KPIs for material and supplier performance and driving continuous improvements based on data analysis * **Knowledge, Skills, \& Abilities** + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas). + Advanced PowerPoint skills, including design and visual management expertise. + Basic understanding of project management principles and tools. + Familiarity with supply chain processes, including sourcing, logistics, and demand planning. + Excellent organizational and time management skills. + Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment. + Basic mathematical skills. + Previous experience with SAP is preferred. **Contact details** Only upload resumé in english version.
