We seek experienced personnel for installations to join our technical team, participating in telecommunication infrastructure installation, maintenance, and adaptation projects. **Base Location:** Atizapán de Zaragoza **Availability:** Travel and out-of-town assignments as required by projects Main Responsibilities * Installation and maintenance of telecommunication towers. * Assembly and erection of metal structures. * Cable laying and securing. * Antenna installation and alignment. * Strict adherence to safety regulations and high-altitude work protocols. * Field technical support nationwide. Requirements * Proven experience in tower, radio base station, or telecommunications installation or maintenance. * Basic knowledge of high-altitude work (desirable). * Willingness to travel and work outside the base location. * Commitment to safety, discipline, and responsibility. * Team-oriented attitude and technical focus.
