Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Worker for the Hemodialysis Unit, responsible for file management, patient onboarding, shift logistics, and access control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of patient files and IMSS-subrogated patients 2. Patient onboarding and follow-up in the hemodialysis program 3. Coordination of patient transfers and conflict resolution ESTERINOVA PUEBLA IS LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT: We are seeking a Social Worker to work in the Hemodialysis Unit. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Admission and File Management: Open files for newly admitted IMSS-subrogated patients; receive and validate documentation; administer the socioeconomic study (SIBA). * Onboarding and Regulatory Compliance: Explain patients’ and families’ rights, privacy notice, and internal regulations. * Shift Logistics: Assign shifts; issue identification badges/cards; enroll patients in the hemodialysis program; manage shift changes, swaps, and session rescheduling. * Screening and Access Control: Screen patients upon each shift entry; distribute supplies (face masks, caps); ensure strict compliance with internal regulations (attire, hygiene, mobile phone prohibition, etc.). * Attendance Monitoring: Conduct follow-up calls to absent patients to document reasons and notify relevant departments (medical, nursing, administrative). * Transfer Coordination: Request ambulances for hospitalized patients from IMSS clinics or private ambulances for critically ill patients.
