We believe in our people’s talent and foster a work environment where learning, stability, and professional development are priorities. **About the Position** At Grupo Loma, we seek a candidate eager to grow as a Payroll Analyst with experience in social security and tax compliance, and who wishes to join a solid construction-sector company. **Location:** San Bernardino Tlaxcalancingo **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll and social security * Proficiency in IDSE, SUA, and Excel (intermediate level) * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and IMSS regulations **Main Responsibilities** * Management of affiliation transactions in IDSE (registrations, cancellations, modifications) * Payroll calculation and electronic stamping (weekly and biweekly) * Determination of IMSS and ISR contributions * Control and validation in SUA * Generation of payment lines (IMSS and INFONAVIT) * Compliance with obligations before IMSS, INFONAVIT, and REPSE **What We Offer** * Salary: $10,000 to $12,000 MXN (based on experience) * Job stability * Growth opportunities * Continuous training **Location:** San Bernardino Tlaxcalancingo Apply through this channel or via WhatsApp at 221 848 0657 Salary: $10,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
