Report to the Laboratory Coordination team regarding needs related to facilities, equipment, materials, maintenance, and cleaning by submitting inventory records and work logbooks, to guarantee execution of institutional practical activities specified for each academic program. Execute laboratory opening and service operations by implementing scheduling sheets, maintaining effective communication first with departments, then with faculty, and preparing facilities, equipment, materials, and reagents in advance. Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory guidelines by updating and maintaining required laboratory documentation for submission during routine or extraordinary inspections conducted by regulatory bodies. Profile We Seek Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Information Technologies or Systems. 1–2 years of experience in inventory control and personnel management, or recent graduate. Technical Competencies: Microsoft Excel (intermediate–advanced) Desirable: Experience in student and faculty support Knowledge of academic and administrative processes NOTE: THIS POSITION IS SCHEDULED TO BE FILLED IN JULY.
