




Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance professional to handle incidents, complaints, and customer requests, perform preventive maintenance, and verify the proper operation of hotel facilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer incidents and requests in a hotel environment. 2. Perform preventive maintenance on rooms and facilities. 3. Verify the proper operation and daily cleaning of swimming pools. REQUIREMENTS · Minimum 1 year of experience · Experience in electricity, plumbing, masonry, IT, and swimming pools. · Flexible working hours. · Customer service orientation. RESPONSIBILITIES · Address daily reports submitted at the hotel: incidents, complaints, customer requests, and requests from other departments. · Complete mandatory daily records and those designated by the hotel. · Perform preventive maintenance on hotel rooms and facilities. · Verify the proper operation of facilities. · Daily maintenance and cleaning of swimming pools. · Carry out repairs related to carpentry, locksmithing, masonry, painting, etc. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,465.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Education: * Primary education (Preferred) Experience: * Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) * General maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
