The candidate will be responsible for delivering an enjoyable dining experience, ensuring prompt, friendly, and restaurant-standard-aligned service. **Job Objective:** To guarantee efficient table-side service, meeting service timing requirements, maintaining high-quality interactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner throughout their visit. * Present the menu, explain dishes and beverages, and provide recommendations. * Accurately take orders and ensure correct delivery. * Follow up on orders and verify customer satisfaction. * Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure appropriate service timing. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work station. * Adhere to hygiene, service, and personal presentation standards. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school. * Experience: Minimum 1 year as a server or in customer service (preferably in restaurants). * Experience with wines and distilled spirits. * Flexible availability (including weekends). * Excellent service attitude. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Responsibility and punctuality. **Working Conditions:** * Weekly timely payment (base salary + tips). * Payday: Sunday. * Two mid-week days off. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Option to consume meals at the restaurant or bring personal food. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $9,452.00 * Weekly tips: $500.00 to $1,000.00 * Meal support * Statutory benefits after 45 days * Job stability * Positive work environment
