Position Type: Rotating shift **Job Description:** Milán Tojos F.C., a restaurant bar specializing in a sports-oriented atmosphere, seeks an experienced, committed, and quality-driven Kitchen Assistant passionate about service excellence. The candidate will be responsible for supporting food preparation, plating, and dispatching in accordance with the brand’s established standards and procedures, ensuring constant order, cleanliness, and efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** Set up workstation according to the operations manual and daily checklist. Perform opening or closing procedures for assigned area based on scheduled shift. Prepare basic dishes and productions following technical specifications. Maintain cleanliness, order, and sanitation in work area and utensils. Apply the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) system for all ingredients. Meet presentation, flavor, and portioning standards for all dishes. Assist in physical inventory counts and report shortages or losses to the Head Chef. Report anomalies related to equipment, supplies, or processes. Collaborate in timely and accurate dish plating and dispatch. Assist in receiving, organizing, and labeling products. Participate in trainings, evaluations, and internal reviews. Requirements Minimum Experience: 1 year in kitchen operations (mandatory). Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree in gastronomy (preferred). Availability: Rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Attitude: Committed, responsible, organized, punctual, and capable of working under pressure.
